      The stock passes through the intake pipe (5), eccentric conical funnel (6) and soft connector (4), then flows into feeding box (8) and falls down to the scattering plate (9). You can rotate the conical funnel to make the stock fall down to the center zone of the scattering plate (9). With the vibration of sieve body, feeding box scatters the stock evenly on the bottom plate (11) of feeding box. Then stock will flow along the bottom plate overspread the whole sieve surface. If the stock is not spread well, you can adjust the distributing plate (7) to up to the good state.

      In the jointing place of feeding box and sieve surface, a pressure gate (10) is mounted. It can make stock scattered in the same thickness. The stock passing through pressure gate, scatters evenly on the first sieve surface (3). Throughs of first sieve surface falls onto the second sieve surface (2), and overtails (oversize) discharges from the outlet (1). Throughs for second sieve surface falls onto the bottom plate (12) and discharges from the outlet (13). The overtails (oversize) for second sieve surface passes through a pressure gate (14) and flows into the vertical suction channel (15) for air separating. You can adjust vertical suction channel by turning the handwheel (16) to up to the good separating effect.
